WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear of the product.
• Costs related to the recovery, removal, or reinstallation of replacement products.
• Damage caused by external factors, including but not limited to:
• Accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper installation.
• Use of abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or non-approved cleaning products.
• Scratching, staining, crazing, or gloss reduction due to water impurities or atmospheric conditions.
• Corrosion, thermal shock, fire, or natural disasters.

Additionally, damage resulting from cleaning, maintenance, alterations, or installations that do not strictly follow the official installation instructions is not covered.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

Voda Taps and Bathrooms reserves the right to assess and determine, at its sole discretion, whether a product or its components are defective. While products are in our custody for inspection or repair, they remain at the customer’s risk, and Voda Taps and Bathrooms is not liable for any damage during this period.

WARRANTY COVERAGE & REMEDIES

During the warranty period, the customer’s sole remedy for any defect is the repair or replacement (as determined by Voda Taps and Bathrooms) of the faulty product at our expense. Any repaired or replaced product will only be covered for the remaining duration of the original warranty period.

LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

• This bath and basin warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
• Voda Taps and Bathrooms is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses, including:
• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, contracts, or anticipated savings.
• Damage caused by improper installation or insufficient maintenance.
• Any plumbing or tiling costs related to bath replacement.
• The total liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
• The customer is responsible for all additional costs, including:
• Transport, removal, and reinstallation of the bath or basin.
